Portof Ferrol, Galicia

Galicia is the westernmost autonomous community on the north coast of Spain, surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean. To the north the Ocean receives, also, the name of Rias Altas and to the west is called Rias Bajas.

In the northern region of Galicia (corresponding with Rías Altas) the water is appreciably colder but there are quite beautiful beaches, such as Soesto, Trece or Lagoa, located at A Coruña zone.

The one who has been to the north knows it, and even more the one who has been to Gijon. That’s why it isn’t surprising the fact in which Gijon, this welcoming Asturian city which knowns how to receive its visitors, is now being called as the Asturias with Salt. What would be of a city without its typical flavor, without this seasoning that separates it from others, this souvenir that remains in our tourist memory?
