In Spain we have got plenty of places to visit for summer. In one hand there the more typical spots for this time, with beach, hot weather and exciting life by the sea and on the other there are some more quite destinations that combine beach and mountains near the sea, granting spectacular views and landscapes. This latter destination could have a cooler weather at some specific dates.

There are many regions south Spain where we can have cheap holidays while enjoying of the beach landscape and weather. One of this regions is Costa del Sol, located in the Málaga province and in part of Gibraltar, inside Cádiz province, as well. This is one of the most visited destinations in Spain and the beach landscape we find in this destination can stand alongside other well known such international destination like Mexico holidays or Cyprus holidays. Gran Canaria is one of the main islands of the group known as Canary Islands, which belong to Spain and are located in the Atlantic Ocean north the African continent. The closer islands are Lanzarote and Fuerteventura; the three of them from Las Palmas province, in which there are some other minor islands like La Graciosa, Alegranza, Montaña Clara, Roque del Este, Roque del Oeste and Isla de Lobos.
